The artist's aim is to paint portraits that provide a truly satisfying representation of the subject and that capture the unique features and characteristics of the dog(s) photographed.
Portraits are painted in oil on canvas, using high quality materials, and are supplied unframed. The contribution for a 16 X 20 inch portrait of a single dog is $1,000. A pair of dogs is 50% more. Quotes will be given for larger size portraits or portraits of more than two dogs. All costs for time and materials incurred by the artist in completing the commission are borne by the artist. Any costs incurred in shipping the completed portraits to the client will be paid by the client.
Contribution for the portrait is made directly to Teach for America.
